Currently we are looking for IT Helpdesk Consultant with Russian for one of our future projects.
Requirements:
• Fluent oral and written Russian language skills;
• Good English language skills;
• Good computer literacy;
• Excellent customer and communication skills;
• Willingness to work in a team;
• Desire and passion to work in a multinational environment;
Responsibilities:
• Handle Russian speaking customers;
• Performing customer request/problem identification and following defined procedures to resolve correctly.
• Consulting customers about the specifications of the company’s products;
• Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
• Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials;
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support;
