La Fit Consulting Company – an expert in key HR solutions for the small-medium sized business is looking for its client - a premier provider of end-to-end enterprise communications:
Service Engineer with German language
Responsibilities:
• Incident Management (ensuring all alerts, issues are accurately logged, reported and escalated appropriately)
• Voice and data network monitoring
• Control of the internal and external service processes in case of failure
• Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information
• Single Point of Contact and Case Owner during execution and monitoring of customers Service Level Agreements
• First Clearing operation (removal of failures according to defined regulations and instructions)
Requirements:
• Excellent communications skills
• Analytical skills
• Fluent German is a must
• Good command of English language
• At least 2 years customer support experience
• Good process understanding
• Sense of responsibility
• Readiness to travel
• Readiness to work on shifts
