Java Struts Support Engineer with French
(Ref SOFJSEF)
Main duties:
• Analyze specific technical documentation and client’s requirements
• Read and interpret the application logs, code and source
• Propose solutions and generate innovative approaches
• Find, repair and remove defects and bugs in the software
• Configure, install and support application
• Support and provide timely feed back to the clients by mail, phone and/or on the spot
• Provide timely input into the technical and user documentation of the modification brought about the software
Must have skills:
• Good knowledge of programming languages : Java Struts and SQL
• Knowledge in the field of web based technologies
• Fluency in French
• Work level of English
