As part of our strategic partnership with Hewlett - Packard we are setting up a team of IT Professionals who will be responsible for migrating all of HP Enterprise Services customers off of legacy tools and on to their current tool platform. We are looking for IT professionals to join the team as
IT Process Management Expert
SOFPME
Responsibilities:
• Analyze current support processes to understand how they may be mapped to new process templates
• Develop deep level process instructions specific to the customer
• Develop new processes to address any gaps in tool functionality
• Work closely with support teams to ensure the transformation gets done effectively and on time
• Interact with the customer when necessary to work their touch points into the new processes
• Deliver orientation sessions to prepare customer and support teams with the specifics for employing the transformed processes
Deliverables:
• Process analysis
• New Processes
• Adapted processes
• Deep-level work instructions
• Other process collateral
• Orientation collateral
• Other migration deliverables
• Status updates to PM
Requirements:
• University degree in computer science or other related major
• min 3 years of IT experience
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent English language skills
• ILTIL V2 certification in Specific Process, or managers certificate
• Excellent process development skills
• Project Management skills
• Work experience in one or more ITIL Service Support/Delivery processes
• Good communication and time management
