As part of our strategic partnership with Hewlett - Packard we are setting up a team of IT Professionals who will be responsible for migrating all of HP Enterprise Services customers off of legacy tools and on to their current tool platform. We are looking for IT professionals to join the team as
IT Data Management Expert
SOFDME
Responsibilities:
• Lead migration of workflow data from one system to the other
• Lead migration of services levels, routing rules, templates, and notification rules
• Own the responsibility to set-up Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management on SRA for the customer
• Maintain in depth subject matter expertise in your specific technologies
• Act as the team authority on data management and interact with other team members as the subject matter expert
• Own responsibility to deliver on project tasks
• Report of project task status
• Work with EMEA Clients on data cleansing new standards etc.
• Initial cleansing and formatting of data from SDA and population to LDSS where Global unable to do.
• Assist in gathering ESL Data and any other data required for migration
Deliverables:
• Routing and notification rules
• Migration deliverables
• Status updates to PM
• Data into LDSS
• Correct data for each client.
• ESL Data
Requirements:
• University degree in computer science or other related major
• min 3 years of IT experience
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Understanding of Governance processes and guidelines
• Project Management discipline
• Understand of business requirements
• IT Service Management data handling
• Asset management data handling
• Good communication and time management
