As part of our strategic partnership with Hewlett - Packard we are setting up a team of IT Professionals who will be responsible for migrating all of HP Enterprise Services customers off of legacy tools and on to their current tool platform. We are looking for IT professionals to join the team as
IT Catalogue Management Expert for HP Project
SOFCGM
Responsibilities:
• Lead migration of catalogue content from one system to the other
• Lead development of all catalogue specific processes
• Redeployment of service catalogues (also including hardware and software products) and service requests management systems
• Transform legacy catalogues to SRA catalogues and provide support to workflow SME for loading into SRA
• Establish and maintain in depth subject matter expertise in your specific technologies
• Act as the team authority on your tool technology and interact with other team members as the point of contact in your subject matter expertise
• Own responsibility to deliver on project tasks
• Report of project task status
• Lead the Catalogue migration from one system to the other
Deliverables:
• Service Catalogues and associated data: Actual client catalog : model (for creation of services, software uninstalls, bundles, collections), modelvendor
• Autoassignment : autoassign
• IMAC SLA : edsocmsla
• DW Web additional question forms : edsdwwebmodel, edsdwwebstrings
• IMAC Approval groups : edsapprgrp, edsapprgrpmem; Asset Center : Catalog, Products, Reference\
• Migration of catalogue content
• Creation of catalogue maintenance processes including account specific job aids
• Testing
• Other migration deliverables as assigned
• Status updates to PM
Requirements:
• University degree in computer science or other related major
• min 3 years of IT experience
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Catalogue management experience
• Good communication and time management
