As part of our strategic partnership with Hewlett - Packard we are setting up a team of IT Professionals who will be responsible for migrating all of HP Enterprise Services customers off of legacy tools and on to their current tool platform. We are looking for IT professionals to join the team as
IT Workflow Expert for HP Project
SOFWFE
Responsibilities:
• Lead migration of workflow data from one system to the other working with Data SM
• Lead migration of services levels, routing rules, templates, and notification rules with Data SM
• Own the responsibility to set-up Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management on SRA for the customer config of tool.
• Redeployment of service catalogues and service requests management systems
• Maintain in depth subject matter expertise in your specific technologies
• Act as the team authority on your tool technology and interact with other team members as the point of contact in your subject matter expertise
• Own responsibility to deliver on project tasks
• Report of project task status
Deliverables:
• Account Workflow Analysis
• Routing and notification rule
• Migration deliverables
• Status updates to PM
Requirements:
• University degree in computer science or other related major
• min 3 years of IT experience
• Excellent English Skills
• Strong technical skills
• Experience with manipulating workflow data
• Experience with IT Case management
• Experience of IT Service management workflow tools
• Understanding of Governance processes and guidelines
• Good communication and time management
