Senior MS SQL Database Administrator
Ref. No: SSQLA
The Senior SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for working as part of a team that provides proactive monitoring for the network and communications infrastructures, Active Directory, messaging services and specifically the Web, MS SQL and Backup Infrastructures and performing remedial actions when necessary to ensure service levels are met.
The Senior SQL Database Administrator will be fluent in English.
Requirements:
- Relevant University Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in system administration
- MS SQL Server 2005/2008 command line administration and script implementation
- Microsoft MCTS: MS SQL Server 2005/2008, Microsoft MCITP: MS SQL Server 2005/2008
- Strong technical skills in the area of Microsoft SQL database support and maintenance
- Knowledge in MS SQL clusters, Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 Server + Active Directory experience, MCSA or MCSE will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent English
