Telerik is looking for a Help Desk Officer. As a member of Telerik's system administration team you will participate in innovative projects and actively collaborate with your colleagues in taking up the crucial Help Desk role at Telerik.
You will be the person who has:
• Two or more years of professional experience as a help desk officer or similar position
• Good Windows System Administration and Troubleshooting knowledge
• Good Networking knowledge – TCP/IP settings, IP logical addressing, DNS, DHCP
• Holding Microsoft or Cisco certification would be considered an advantage
• Good English language skills
